Susan has a diverse 25 year international hospitality and tourism senior management and consulting career with equal
experience in development, training/human resources, quality assurance and operations management. Her positions have
included Director of Operations, National Deputy Director of Tourism, Director of Training and Development as well
as performing in most hotel department and division head posts. Susan's experience encompasses working with all property
classifications from upscale eco-lodge to all-inclusive hotel to world class resorts and she has been a management team
member with a dozen pre-opening/opening projects.
Susan's 17 years of working and living in the Caribbean, Mexico and within Oceania have given her particular insight in
to the business and staffing needs and challenges of developing nations and small island states. She
is certified in several training and property management levels and holds advance degrees in business
administration and education. Along with her business partner, Alistair Forrest, she is an executive
with CF Hospitality, a hospitality human resources, training, service measurement and project
management firm. Susan serves as the group's president of its STEPS (Service, Training, Evaluation,
Performance Solutions) division and as Vice-President of the Project Solutions division. You can get
