Contingency Search: This type of search is based on successful results only. No fee is due to HES Global unless the client selects and hires a HES Global candidate(s).

Retainer Search: The Client retains HES Global as the exclusive search company to perform a search by paying HES Global a pre negotiated retainer fee up front, which is deducted from the final invoice. A special search fee is offered to the client for the exclusivity of the search.

As an executive search firm, we earn our fee only when a candidate introduced by us has been hired by our client. Our fees are based on a sliding scale of the candidate's first year gross salary, including any bonus or incentive. We guarantee all our placements for three months or otherwise agreed. Should a candidate placed by us resign, or be terminated, for any reason within the first three months of employment, and the client has paid the fee within 28 days of invoice, we will conduct a replacement search at no charge to the client in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Business.
