The Corporate Office of HES Global is located in Spain, and responsible for all administration, contracts, client visits, database management, and all corporate strategy and development. The idea is to have offices located worldwide, in regions where the demand is high and to be closer to you. This now gives HES the opportunity to be able to follow up faster and offer a more personalized service as the consultants are nearer to you.
The Corporate Office is currently taking care of placements in Indian Ocean & Africa. We are looking into joint ventures to cover South Africa, Canada & Australia.

Guy Teerlinck founded HES Global in 2001, after a successful career in the hospitality industry, with over 30 years of international experience. Based in Spain he still handles senior appointments alongside his co-directors. Nico Teerlinck - Director |

Nico joined HES Global in 2005. He has a degree in Accountancy & Business Administration. Until recently he has been running a hotel in the south of France. Nico will be responsible for new developments, legal matters and the finance department. He is also the Director for Africa & Indian Ocean placements.

Marja has a wealth of experience as Office Manager, Sales & Marketing, PR and Human resources with companies such as Schweppes Intīl, Cadbury, Hertz & Ricoh. Marja speaks Dutch, English, German and has strong knowledge of Excel, Lotus & Powerpoint.
