Lana hails from a service industry background, with experience in sales & marketing, PR, developing customer loyalty programs, training and instructional design. During her ten years with Cathay Pacific Airways in India, Hong Kong, UAE and Europe, Lana covered in-flight service standards and operations as well as the international marketing for loyalty programs. She also served as image consultant while developing sales and customer service training modules for International brands. She allied herself with other Consultants worldwide to provide guidance, recruit and coach, design and implement winning strategies for several internationally ranked hotel chains and local tourism boards. Lana also served as the coordinator and advisor to The Hong Kong Apparel. Her keen eye for details offered her the opportunity of being the colour and fabric coordinator for The Shangri-la’s (China) and homes of several VIPs in Hong Kong.
