Cynthia has more than 10 years experience in the Hospitality industry. Before she started into recruitment she worked for various hotel chains in Egypt. Her last Hotel employment was as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator at the Radisson SAS Hotel. With her background and experience her new challenge was in recruitment where she worked for 7 years as a Senior Consultant for one the top recruiters worldwide. Lana hails from a service industry background, with experience in sales & marketing, PR, developing customer loyalty programs, training and instructional design. During her ten years with Cathay Pacific Airways in India, Hong Kong, UAE and Europe, Lana covered in-flight service standards and operations as well as the international marketing for loyalty programs. She also served as image consultant while developing sales and customer service training modules for International brands. She allied herself with other Consultants worldwide to provide guidance, recruit and coach, design and implement winning strategies for several internationally ranked hotel chains and local tourism boards. Lana also served as the coordinator and advisor to The Hong Kong Apparel. Her keen eye for details offered her the opportunity of being the colour and fabric coordinator for The Shangri-la’s (China) and homes of several VIPs in Hong Kong. Tulay started her career in the IT industry and she has over 13 years of experience in sales, marketing and operations. Before moving into the hospitality industry she gained her experience as a recruitment consultant working in Istanbul and Budapest. In 2002 she made a career turn after succesfully attending a Patisserie Certificate programme at Le Cordon Bleu in Australia. She worked in different countries like Russia, Kazakhstan and Turkey both as a permanent chef and in project based assignments. During this period she also worked as Hospitality Recruitment Consultant. Her most recent position was Food & Beverage Manager for Costa Coffee Turkey and the Levant countries. In that capacity she developed the Turkish market and products for Costa, and acted as a Quality Inspector for the Levant countries operations.
